Description

The BPF Short Term Commercial Lease was drafted following a wide ranging consultation exercise. This concensus based document has been designed to make life easier for landlords, tenants and their advisers, Written in plain English, this is a radical departure from existing forms, providing a new option for businesses wishing to occupy commercial property for a relatively short period. The aim is to take time, cost and trouble out of the process.

NOTE:
THE COMPANY THAT HOSTS THIS LEASE TOOL FOR US IS GOING TO DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE SHORTLY. THE COST OF RECREATING IT IS HIGH, SO WE ARE TRYING TO ASSESS THE DEMAND FOR THE SERVICE AND THE USE OF THE TOOL.
