EVENT:

Join us for a presentation and review on the findings of the survey into the UK commercial property lending market.

The research has been running since 1999 and we will reveal for the first time the result of this year’s survey with a comparison with the past eleven years findings and the evidence of the changes in the lending market that continue to result as the market ecovers from the credit crunch.

Sir Robert Finch will chair the presentation and then chair a debate on the findings of the research with Alex Price and Ian Watson, both Chief Executives of major UK real estate companies, during which the issues raised will be discussed by the audience.
