Join IPD for the launch of our 2011 annual UK residential index on 29th February 2012. Significantly, this event marks the inclusion of IPD’s residential database into the UK all property index for the first time, allowing an unprecedented level of comparison of performance between residential and the other main UK property sectors. 

As well as the 2011 results at headline and regional level, IPD will  take the opportunity to compare long term performance and asset management cost differentials across sectors and explore the relationship between residential investment performance and UK house prices.
