Hailed as having been the most tumultuous year in planning in recent history, this event seeks to explore what the landscape will look like once the dust has settled after the Localism Act and the NPPF. Has the planning system fundamentally changed? What else is needed to kick-start development? How can the industry win over hearts and minds and work with communities to create growth in their area?

A breakfast seminar to discuss the development landscape after the NPPF.
