Property prospects and politics 2011 – SPF Annual Conference
In a change to our advertised programme we are delighted to announce that Scotland's Chief Planner will be added to our opening panel to answer your questions to the Scottish Government about whether Scotland Is Open for Business, and in particular the role of the planning system as an economic driver.
In a further change Mr Swinney will address the Conference at 12.45 instead of 1.35 in order to meet new parliamentary business demands. Accordingly we have brought forward registration to between 12PM and 12.35PM where refreshments will be served, followed by lunch between 1.15PM and 1.55PM before Malcolm Naish's address to the conference.
