This year’s reception sees Phil Miller hand over the SPF Chairmanship to Malcolm Naish, Director of Real Estate at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. Supporting Malcolm is our new Vice Chairman David Peck, the Managing Director at Buccleuch Property. 

We are delighted to confirm that Jim Mackinnon, Director of the Built Environment and Chief Planner at the Scottish Government will be our guest speaker this year.
