The BCSC are holding a seminar for landlords, retailers, local authorities and the financial sector to discuss their perspectives on secondary shopping centres in the recession. The findings of the critical BCSC commissioned research – Secondary Centres: The Impact of the Recession on Secondary Shopping Centres – will also be explored by a panel of industry experts.
