Join us for a presentation and review on the findings of the De Montfort University survey into UK commercial property lending market for the year to December 2011.  The research has been running since 1999 and will reveal for the first time the results of this year’s survey with a comparison with past year’s findings. The Panel will present their personal thoughts on the survey, with particular reference to the value of outstanding debt compared to the maturities of these loans and their current LTV ratios, with comments from the panel comparing the time it took the market to recover from the early 1990’s crash and with observations on the new capital coming to the market to replace more traditional sources of senior debt.
