Our members

We are a corporate membership body and welcome into membership any organisation that owns, invests in or manages property, or that provides professional services to companies that do.

We currently have around 380 members, of which:

• 35% are property companies of all sizes

• 7% are fund managers

• 4% are investment banks

• 5% are companies that have property assets (like utilities and supermarket chains)

• 3% are housing associations

• 38% are professional firms like lawyers, agents, planners and accountants

• 5% are other companies (like insurers and PR agencies) with an interest in property

• 3% are affiliated organisations (mainly small residential landlord bodies).
