Reita is an initiative run by the British Property Federation, which offers authoritative information on property investment.
Our aim is to provide a clear understanding of key property investment vehicles and how they fit within the wider investment market.
Reita provides a particular focus on Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), quoted property companies and property income companies.

Reita was set up to support the launch of UK REITs in January 2007. It was extremely successful in raising awareness of property investment through REITs and quoted property companies and creating an authoritative source of information with its website, Reita.org.
Now the future of the UK REIT regime appears assured, Reita’s core functions and investor-facing role are being carried out from within the British Property Federation. In particular, the most popular parts of the Reita.org website will now be hosted here on the BPF’s website.

Reita no longer exists as a separate membership organisation or website. Instead its core functions have been incorporated into the British Property Federation.
Most of the more popular parts of the Reita website can now be found here. In particular you’ll still be able to access our databank tables (in the REITs and Property Cos sections) and our charting tools (in the Performance section).
