Description: This free morning seminar will examine the issue of vacancies across retail and will include analysis and predictions for the year ahead.

Key speakers include:

* Mark Bowles, Property Director, HMV Group plc
* Barry Gilbertson, Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP
* Matthew Hopkinson, Business Development Director, Local Data Company
* Lawrence Hutchings, MAnaging Director Retail, Hammerson

Key issues to be discussed will include: insolvency and Company Voluntary Agreements and how the issues surrounding these areas will develop in the forthcoming year.

The seminar will also examine the complex nature of landlord and tenant relations and the changing nature of these relationships through issues such as empty rates, lease lengths and service charges.

With a focus on analysis of the retail sector in the past year this seminar should offer some insightful comment on past events and future forecasts for this sector.
