What we do
Tenant's Energy Reviews
Following on from the successful development and introduction of landlord's energy statements (LES), we applied to the Carbon Trust for funding to develop a tenant's energy review (TER).
This will allow tenants to measure, monitor and benchmark their energy use and the carbon dioxide emissions that it creates.
Taken with their share of the LES for their building, tenants will be able to calculate their total carbon footprint.
We are being supported in the TER by the British Council for Offices, Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers and the Usable Buildings Trust.
The project began in spring 2007 and should be completed by late spring/early summer 2008.
More information on TER will be available on www.les-ter.org as it becomes available.
