Tenancy agreement and code of practice
Residential agreement
Use of the agreement is open to BPF members and non members. To use the interactive website you will need to register on the site by inserting your own choice of username, e.g. asmith and choice of password.
If you want to create more than one default setting you should use different usernames e.g. asmith1, asmith2, etc. Microsoft Word versions of the agreements will also be available shortly. These are restricted to members and can be obtained by contacting us.
Users should note that the agreement is specifically written for investment landlords. For other landlords, such as an owner occupier landlord, a registered social landlord (RSL) or a landlord not owning the freehold of the property to be let, there are things you need to take into account in preparing your agreement, which are explained in more detail on the dedicated website.
