What we do
Building regulations
Building regulations govern minimum standards for all aspects of buildings. They are broken down into 15 parts, ranging from energy efficiency (part L) to access to and use of buildings (part M).
Each part is reviewed on a five yearly basis to ensure that minimum standards increase alongside increases in technology and industry best practice.
We work with the government to ensure that the standards can be implemented.
