With government policy as a driver, the property industry has been responsible for the renaissance of town and city centres across the country.

Regeneration by its very nature is a complex, difficult and risk-laden business. We have been working to dissect the regeneration process and understand what barriers stand in the way of further private investment and how they can be overcome.
