Who we are
Working with others
We work closely with other representative organisations where there are advantages to be gained from pooling our resources or from lobbying in a collective, co-ordinated way.
These include:
Groups of which we are a member:

We are active members of the EPF, which lobbies the European Commission and Parliament on behalf of the European property industry
Property Industry Alliance
We have helped to establish an alliance of four trade bodies - the BPF, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Investment Property Forum and the British Council for Offices. It will give us greater influence in our lobbying activities and will allow us to be more effective in commissioning research
Reita
We played a key role in establishing this informal group, which includes the leading companies in property development and financial services. The group has created a website - www.reita.org - and associated publicity campaign to raise awareness of REITs and quoted property investments among financial advisers, private investors and journalists
