The way we live and work is changing. Government restrictions have meant most, if not all, of us are spending a lot more time at home. While there’s official guidance around physical exercise, there’s been very little published on what we should do to maintain our mental health. How can we ensure the increasing levels of isolation do not put our mental health at risk? Many in our industry are residential landlords, including build-to-rent and student accommodation, so what role can we play to support our customers’ wellbeing during these unprecedented times?
